Welcome! I’m Jools, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have turned my passion for health and fitness into a thriving career. My journey as a personal trainer began in 2009 when I started at a commercial club, guiding clients towards their fitness goals and honing my skills. In 2011, I took a leap and joined an independent strength and conditioning space, which opened up more opportunities to grow as a coach and establish my brand.

I’ve always sought new challenges and experiences, which boldly led me to move to London in 2015. Stepping out of my comfort zone has been vital for my growth and personal development.

Throughout my journey, I’ve learned from top coaches like Charles Poliquin, Phil Learney, and Eric Helms, to name a few. Their knowledge has deeply influenced my coaching approach, and with over 13 years of experience, I’m truly excited to share all that I’ve learned. I’m constantly seeking new learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Treating people how I want to be treated is at the heart of my coaching. I believe in self-improvement, honesty, and reliability, always going above and beyond to add value to everybody I work with

I strive to live an intentional life, living intentionally is key. It’s the key to getting results and, ultimately, success in all facets of life. I advocate Newton’s 3rd law, understanding how our actions influence those around us through the law of cause and effect.

For me, discipline and consistency are the secret weapons for success. They propel us towards our goals faster. As men, we’re wired for physical labour, and through strength training, we can tap into hidden reservoirs of strength and cognitive function. Embracing discomfort leads to true growth.

Exercise and good nutrition have always been the bedrock of every decision and action I take. They’re essential for reaching our potential. As your coach, I lead by example.
