The investment. In the open. Personal training in London from £497 a month in person, or £1,297 for 12 weeks online. That covers your sessions and the rest of your 168-hour week. What moves the investment is how often we train and whether you add testing.

The number, before the conversation

Coaching at this level is almost always priced in private. You enquire, you wait, you sit through a call, and the figure arrives at the end of it.

I'd rather you knew first. If it's more than you want to invest, you've lost 2 minutes instead of an afternoon. If it isn't, you come to the call with that part already settled.

You never question the investment in your team, your tools or your advisors. This is the asset the rest of it runs on.

One figure to start from, and the things that move it, in the open.

His expertise is so valuable that I often joke that he deserves a percentage of my future earnings!

What your investment covers

All one to one. At UNTIL Liverpool Street or UNTIL Soho, or online from anywhere.

In it whichever way we work

  • The audit first: energy, time, performance, relationships and presence, plus what derailed the previous attempts
  • The mindset side coached alongside the training, not after it
  • Protocols for travel weeks and for the weeks that go sideways
  • A plan that assumes the quarter will turn over, because it will

Added when you want them

  • Clinical-grade blood testing
  • Cellular inflammation analysis
  • WHOOP, so sleep and recovery are read rather than guessed at

These are priced separately and none of them is required. They exist for the point where you want the programme built on what your biology shows, not on a conversation.

Questions about the investment

How much does a personal trainer cost in London?

Almost nobody in this line of work will tell you. In person, mine starts at £497 a month. That covers 4 to 12 one-to-one sessions a month, so 1 to 3 a week, plus the nutrition, the programming and the coaching across sleep, stress and mindset in between them. Where you sit in that range is what moves the investment.

How much is a one hour PT session?

I don't sell them, so there's no hourly figure. The session is the part you can see, not the part that decides the outcome. What you eat at a Thursday client dinner, how you sleep in a week you fly twice, whether the plan survives the quarter turning over: that's what moves the result. So it's a monthly retainer, and the sessions sit inside it.

What does £497 a month include?

4 to 12 one-to-one sessions a month, and coaching across nutrition, sleep, stress and mindset between them. Nutrition is adjusted weekly, programming progresses, and body composition is tracked every 2 weeks. Blood panels, cellular testing and WHOOP tracking are add-ons, priced separately, and none of them is required. In person, your access to UNTIL is included.

Do I need a gym membership as well?

No. Your sessions at UNTIL Liverpool Street and UNTIL Soho are covered by the monthly figure. There's nothing to pay UNTIL separately.

What moves the investment above £497?

How often we train, and how much gets tested. 4 sessions a month is the floor and 12 is the ceiling, and the coaching around them is the same either way. Blood panels, cellular analysis and WHOOP sit outside the monthly figure and are added only if you want them. Where you land between 4 and 12 sets the monthly figure, and I'll give you the exact number on the call.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

In person, it's a monthly retainer. No contract, nothing to commit to up front. I do recommend at least 3 months. Less than that is a quick fix, and quick fixes don't hold. For changes that last, with habits locked in and a shift in how you see yourself, I recommend 6 months. That's how long it takes for the change to show and stay. You decide as you go. Online starts at 12 weeks, which is long enough to see real change and short enough to be an easy decision. Some programmes run longer, and I'll tell you which on the call, before you decide anything. If it turns out not to be right in the first 30 days, you stop. Nothing is signed on the call, and if I don't think it's the right fit, I'll tell you.

Can I do this online?

Yes, fully, from anywhere. If you're in London, the in-person sessions layer on top at UNTIL Liverpool Street and UNTIL Soho. Plenty of people run a mix, in person when they're here and online when they're not, which is how most of my clients' years actually look.

What if I'm not sure how many sessions I need?

Then don't settle it yet. The 30-minute consultation exists to work out what you're actually carrying and what would hold, and the shape of it comes out of that conversation rather than going into it. If nothing here fits, I'll say so.

Who this is for

Founders. Senior partners. MDs, traders and finance leaders running complex teams.

Men who've built something serious, and know the body they've got now isn't the one their life needs.

If that's you, book a consultation. 30 minutes, and the number above is settled before you spend any of them on it.

If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.

Not ready for that yet? 10 questions, 3 minutes, and a read on your energy, focus and body composition. Take the 3-minute diagnostic → (opens in a new tab)

I read every one of these myself. You'll hear back within one working day.
